To be able to have to sustain motivation, we must be able to recognize what motivates us. Do you know what motivates you? Is it because of your family, your ambition, or your future self? We need the desire to drive us. If this burns, motivation will do in return. Tapping into what actually fills us in life. What wakes us or gets us out of bed early in the morning and knowing how to tap it in within ourselves. This is what sustaining motivation means. Do you have it? I’ll tell you how to sustain that motivation!
Motivate yourself within
Achieve your goals first because it is what you think is best for you and your loved ones (If that includes your drive). If you feel stuck at the moment and don’t really have an idea how to go on, that motivation within yourself will help you to rise up again. IT IS ONLY YOU WHO CAN REGAIN YOUR OWN STRENGTH. I mean, yes, friends can help, family can, but the rest of that desire and motivation is really up to you and how you act on it.
Let go of fear
Please. This is truly over-advised, but this is soo true. Fear is common to a majority of people. Fear is something that hinders people to gain what they want to win. Afraid of the leap of faith. I often say this as a destructive force in our lives. Fear of failures, fear of obstacles, fear of not accomplishing something. Instead of keeping us alive, it keeps us in our comfort zones. We feel safe, and we don’t take risks. The result is: we remain the same. We stay in the same state of life. Do you want it? This world is so vast, and there are incredible opportunities out there just waiting to be welcomed. Don’t you want it? I bet you really do!
Most people walk through life with greater amounts of fear than desire within them and results in little or no prosperity at all. We don’t want to be like that. We don’t want regrets that is why fear should be let go. Motivation is key to success, and the key to motivation is to let our desire be greater than our fear. In this way, we do work effortlessly because we have the passion for doing it. The opposite is struggling, and it feels a hundred percent heavy work for us even in a short amount of time.
Motivate by brainwashing with positive comments
A friend ones told me that by positive self-talk will welcome positive events in our life. I haven’t really understood it until I practiced it myself and it did! It’s a miracle, and it really is something that people should practice. Negative thinking will get us nowhere. Positive comments about our life will draw inspiration from others and from ourselves as well. By brainwash, I mean just think positive events even if at the trying times of life. Read self-help books, ask help from people that make you feel lighter and then take it from there.
Allow yourself to be surrounded by positive words and put it in your head. Remember it.
Even if you have the strongest feelings of achieving your dreams, even if you have the mindset of someone so determined if you are full of fears and insecurities of past, you will never make the things you want.
Don’t overlook the importance of positivity. It will get you somewhere!
