COFFEE LOUNGE AND CATERING SERVICES

K’s Kitchen is a new place in town opened January of this year is a great pick for coffee lovers, students, and individuals who prefer a quiet space.

My friend and I decided to have a little chat over a rainy afternoon in the city. My sister suggested a new place to hang around, and we found this newly opened minimalist spot in Dumaguete City. If you’re a local, the location is in Mangnao, Dumaguete City. Just go straight ahead from Robinson’s place, and at the left side, you can see the sign “K’s Kitchen.”  Primarily a catering service in Dumaguete, the owners decided to put up a visitor’s lounge (now a coffee lounge) for walk-in customers who want to avail of their exceptional catering service.

Coffee Lounge

As we entered K’s Kitchen, my first impression was that the place was so neat and very minimalistic.

The ceiling and the wall are painted plain which is perfect for people who want lesser, complicated designs.  They do have mounted photos of places and adorable, cute coffee-concept designs. They also have a television for visitors who want to have a glimpse of what they produce as a business. Most of the pictures in the slideshow displayed samples of the business’ creative cakes and stylish catering service.

Absolutely stunning if you want images of you with a lovely background too! They also have a fantastic service. The people were friendly, energetic, and approachable. Talk about fresh and tasty baked cookies and smooth coffee. The price is a little bit pricey, but considering the atmosphere and the taste, it’s definitely worth it!

Aside from these, they also serve pasta and rice meals, although we didn’t have the chance to try it.

The manager of the business was so kind we had a free taste of the KK Signature Frappe Coffee which is ideal for people who love mild coffee. I love mild coffee. I don’t think I can handle the strong ones, they make it hard for me to sleep for days!

CATERING

K’s kitchen is more into catering including the set-up and decorations for specific events. It has been in the city for 2 years now. They are up to different sorts of catering services for weddings, children’s parties, graduation,  and more. Offering high-quality food and service, their main forte

They are up to different sorts of catering services for weddings, children’s parties, graduation,  and more. Offering high-quality food and service, their main forte are finger foods, cocktails, cakes, topers, and pastries.  They also offer buffets and decorations of your preference. You just let them know what you have in mind for your party needs, and they will suit it according to your preference with a little twist.

An example of that are the clients she had for a yoga class. She made sure of the calorie count of the menu served to the yoga students.

The owner, by the way, is also the only one that bakes the cakes. She wants everything to be perfect, and her goal is to satisfy her clients. Being able to train in the UK for her Culinary skills, you are sure she’ll give you what you want.
