I always love to try out shops and cafes and how better it is when we get to try it out with our friends. I was in Cebu for just the weekend and been trying to squeeze the time to get to the places I wanted. One of these sites is Dolce Cafe Cebu.

Located in Panorama Heights in Lahug, Cebu – the place is ideal for people who want space and silence. For most of the time during daylight, it is not that crowded. This is why I love the ambiance of this Cafe. It is also a bit of a minimalist kind of Cafe with not much styling inside but still sophisticated.

The place is visited more by students who want quiet time for study.

Oh, I forgot to share with you that outside of this Cafe is also a perfect scenery of the city. It’s not that high though but still pretty to have lunch or dinner to. Dolce Cafe Cebu is open from 7 AM to 1 AM that time I visited the place.

The ambiance is perfect for unwinding and chilling with a unique set of tables and chairs. I bet you will want to have your time here again.

See how white the whole area is? Lovely and so neat to look at!

We ordered Mango and Chocolate Cake, and yes, their cakes are really delicious. Not too sweet and I love how soft and presentable it is.

Prices range from Php100-200.00 for every slice.

What I had for lunch

My friends ordered Pork Belly and Chicken Wings but to be honest, they were not that delighted with their order. One friend had Pork Belly, but the meat was a little bit hard to chew which was not a good choice for us. The taste was good, but the meat was, I think need more of cooking.

I love my Carbonara Pasta, by the way, it looks small in the picture, but that is good enough for you to be full 🙂

If you are from outside Cebu City, then you may want to book in the hotels here for a lower price.

If I were you, I would also stay at these budgeted stays at Airbnb. If you have not signed up yet, please do so use this link so that you can get $20 off on your first stay.

Do you have some experiences with Dolce Cafe you would want to share? Or are you planning to try out this Cafe? Let me know if you have anything in mind. Comment on the section below! 🙂

I’ll be flying to Cebu tonight!!! Can’t wait to try this out. Anyway, why are you flying to England? Is it for work? I hope we could meet there sometime. I usually just roam around Central London – watch plays, and shop at Oxford. I’ll message you when I go there. I hope you can spare an hour or two! <3

Hello Gail! Hope you’ll enjoy your stay in Cebu! I’m going there for work, just waiting for visa hoping it’ll be released ASAP. lol. We should, I’m outside London though – 3 hours away — too far but will be visiting the city if I’m off for work. Hopefully, this will happen anytime soon and definitely! We should – love exploring places. An hour would be too short though haha. Let me know :))

Bring that cafe here in Manila!!! Haha. Or at least, open up a branch here. *wink* I love the minimalist design, and by the looks of it, staying there is relaxing. Not to mention the food, of course.

I’ve been planning to visit Dolce since idk when. Haha. It’s such a shame I can’t get the plan to push through despite the fact that I’m living in Cebu. I should probably visit the place anytime soon. Your photos just make it so much more convincing! Hehe. Btw, love your blog! 🙂

Dolce Cafe Cebu looks super neat! I love the whole minimalist trend we have going on. It looks simple yet fancy. The cafe looks so beautiful! I love their furniture. Their foods look delicious as well. I’ve never been to the Philippines before but I wouldn’t mind giving this place a visit if I have the chance.
